Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, rehabilitation, social work, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with individuals with IDD preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with community partners and employers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data tracking systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Solid communicator, energetic, and friendly
- Valid Texas driver’s license and related insurance

Job Duties
- Assess clients’ vocational interests, strengths, and support needs
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards
- Participate in program development and service expansion initiatives
- Develop individualized vocational plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Identify and cultivate job training, volunteer, and employment opportunities in the community
- Provide on-site job coaching and follow-up support as needed
- Maintain documentation and track client progress toward vocational goals
- Recruit, screen, and onboard volunteers for various roles across the organization
- Develop and deliver volunteer orientation and training programs
- Schedule and supervise volunteers, ensuring a positive and productive experience
- Maintain volunteer records and track hours and impact
- Maintain online resources and frequent communication for volunteers
- Plan volunteer appreciation events and recognition initiatives
- Engage in volunteer recruitment initiatives within the community as needed
- Other job duties as assigned
