- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- previous supervisory or management experience
- computer skills
- strong communication skills
- excellent problem-solving abilities
- experience with scheduling, payroll, and labor management
- experience with MICROS POS system
- available to work flexible shifts including AM and PM
- certifications such as Serve Safe, TIPS, CARE, CPR preferred
- professional appearance and confident attitude

- preferred 2 years prior hotel banquet experience
- computer skills

- prior Serve Safe certification preferred
- TIPS or CARE certification

Job Duties
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests
- interview, train, supervise, coach, schedule, and manage restaurant staff
- develop and maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency
- implement marketing and sales strategies to attract guests and increase revenue
- monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize profitability
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- stay updated with industry trends and recommend menu enhancements and improvements
