- hotel banquet experience preferred
- computer skills

- experience with scheduling, payroll, and labor management
- experience with MICROS POS system
- Serve Safe certification preferred
- TIPS or CARE certification
- CPR certification preferred
- availability to work both AM and PM shifts

Job Duties
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations
- interview, train, supervise, coach, schedule, and manage the restaurant team
- develop and train a team of talented individuals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency to uphold the restaurant’s reputation for culinary excellence
- implement effective marketing and sales strategies to attract guests and increase revenue
- monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize profitability
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- stay updated with industry trends and make recommendations for menu enhancements and improvements
