Job Requirements
- Must have at least two years of supervisory experience in operations or customer service
- Availability to work evening and weekend hours
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but supplemental experience considered
- Experience with Point of Sale systems required
- Must have strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess valid driver’s license
- Must pass background check

Job Duties
- Recruit, hire, supervise, train, and coach Museum Experience Associates
- Schedule Museum Experience Associates and distribute schedules promptly
- Manage training and communication systems about exhibitions and museum activities
- Serve as site-wide Manager on Duty including weekends and special events
- Assist with site-wide operations and departmental needs
- Develop, implement, and maintain procedures for admission ticketing system
- Provide ongoing training on reservation software, customer service, and membership specials
- Maintain coverage for call-offs and breaks
- Oversee and troubleshoot reservation and POS systems including vendor issues
- Assist Membership department with membership growth strategies
- Work with Membership Manager on promotional material updates
- Manage phone tree script configuration
- Oversee info @ mailbox
- Perform other duties as requested by management
