Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older at time of application
  • Able to provide proof of US Person Status
  • No felony convictions of Theft/Deception or Violent crimes within seven years from disposition date
  • No felony convictions of Drug crimes within three years from disposition date
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen
  • Willing to submit to a background check

Job Qualifications

  • Two-year administrative, clerical, or customer service experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends and occasional holidays
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • Ability to learn new software programs quickly
  • Proven ability to multi-task
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a SECRET clearance

Job Duties

  • Professionally administer all incoming calls to Visitor Control
  • Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner and register in visitor logs and databases
  • Prepare visitor information packages for Visitor Control Specialist review and approval
  • Create, activate, re-activate access badges
  • Utilize various software programs for data entry and badge creation
  • Create accurate memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Scan and electronically file documents
  • Maintain all files in an orderly manner
  • Perform clerical and administrative support duties as needed
  • Issue Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
  • Promote workplace safety by keeping work areas clean and free of obstructions
