Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of customer service or related experience
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Respectful attitude toward diverse individuals

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors by greeting them and answering questions
- Manage phone calls, guide requests, mail distribution, and assist with promotional materials and online orders
- Maintain full knowledge of Lewisville’s tourism offerings including accommodations, attractions, dining, shopping, festivals, and events
- Engage visitors by educating and providing directions, brochures, and resources
- Assist with retail transactions using point-of-sale systems, manage inventory, and maintain merchandise displays
- Set up and break down outdoor community play activities and events
- Represent the City at special events promoting tourism and assisting with the sale of branded merchandise
