Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of customer service or related experience
- Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug test
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct consistent with City values
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to work respectfully with diverse individuals
- Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Availability to work at special events and during busy tourism periods

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors by greeting them, answering phones, and assisting with inquiries
- Fulfill guide requests, distribute mail, and assist with online orders and promotional materials
- Maintain full knowledge of Lewisville's accommodations, attractions, dining, shopping, festivals, and special events
- Engage visitors by providing information, directions, brochures, and touring ideas
- Complete retail transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges using a POS system
- Maintain retail inventory, unbox and tag merchandise, and assist with merchandise selection
- Set up and break down outdoor play activities and displays to enhance visitor experience
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and tidiness of the center including common areas and merchandise displays
- Represent the City at special events to promote tourism and assist with the sale of branded merchandise
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
