Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one year of customer service or related experience
- must pass pre-employment drug test
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- maintain professional appearance and conduct
- follow safety and operational procedures
- ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds occasionally
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors
- answer phones and greet visitors at the front desk
- fulfill guide requests and handle mail distribution
- assist with local inquiries and online order processing
- maintain and organize tourism materials and brochure racks
- manage retail transactions and inventory using POS systems
- set up and break down outdoor play activities for community engagement
- represent the city at special events promoting tourism and branded merchandise
- ensure cleanliness and visual appeal of visitor spaces
- work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support operational needs
