Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one year of customer service or related experience
  • must pass pre-employment drug test
  • ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • maintain professional appearance and conduct
  • follow safety and operational procedures
  • ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • capable of standing and walking for extended periods
  • able to communicate clearly and work collaboratively
  • maintain punctuality and flexibility

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors
  • answer phones and greet visitors at the front desk
  • fulfill guide requests and handle mail distribution
  • assist with local inquiries and online order processing
  • maintain and organize tourism materials and brochure racks
  • manage retail transactions and inventory using POS systems
  • set up and break down outdoor play activities for community engagement
  • represent the city at special events promoting tourism and branded merchandise
  • ensure cleanliness and visual appeal of visitor spaces
  • work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support operational needs
