Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in behavioral health or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and insurance eligibility
- Must obtain CPI and CPR certification within first 30 days
- Ability to work flexible shifts including AM, PM, and overnight
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to client-centered care
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred
- Prior experience in behavioral health treatment settings a plus
- Valid driver’s license and insurable to drive company vehicles
- Ability to obtain CPI and CPR certification within 30 days
Job Duties
- Ensure client safety and build strong relationships
- Facilitate group activities and individual client challenges
- Document client progress and communicate with the care team
- Create a supportive and engaging environment
- Lead daily activities including chores and meals
- Supervise medication self-administration and detox safety
- Transport residents to community outings using company vehicle
- Maintain current certifications through ongoing training
