Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in behavioral health or related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance eligibility
  • Must obtain CPI and CPR certification within first 30 days
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including AM, PM, and overnight
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to client-centered care

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred
  • Prior experience in behavioral health treatment settings a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable to drive company vehicles
  • Ability to obtain CPI and CPR certification within 30 days

Job Duties

  • Ensure client safety and build strong relationships
  • Facilitate group activities and individual client challenges
  • Document client progress and communicate with the care team
  • Create a supportive and engaging environment
  • Lead daily activities including chores and meals
  • Supervise medication self-administration and detox safety
  • Transport residents to community outings using company vehicle
  • Maintain current certifications through ongoing training
