Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 1 year experience in project coordination, event coordination, or similar operational role
  • C2 level English proficiency or higher
  • Proven experience with virtual event platforms such as Swoogo, Whova, or EventUp
  • Proficiency in Excel including formulas, filters, and pivot tables
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong sense of accountability

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, international relations, or design
  • Minimum 1 year experience in project or event coordination
  • Proven experience with virtual event platforms such as Swoogo, Whova, or EventUp
  • Proficiency in Excel including formulas, filters, and pivot tables
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong sense of accountability
  • Experience with PM tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira is a plus
  • Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
  • Working knowledge of CSS is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead coordination for virtual, hybrid, and in-person events from conception to completion
  • Build, customize, and manage event websites and registration platforms
  • Maintain rigorous accuracy across Excel trackers and CRMs
  • Serve as primary point of contact for inquiries and coordinate timelines with marketing, design, and data teams
  • Develop comprehensive dashboards and post-event resources to measure success
