Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience booking corporate domestic and international travel
- Experience working with VIP clients providing high-touch service
- Proficient in Sabre GDS system
- Ability to work remotely
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT with possible overtime and weekend hours
- Ability to complete background checks successfully
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for long periods
- Ability to pass new hire and department-specific training
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience booking corporate domestic and international travel with complex international experience preferred
- Experience working with VIP clients and delivering high-touch, white glove service
- Prior experience with visa and passport processes preferred
- Proficiency with GDS systems, especially Sabre and ideally Amadeus
- Strong knowledge of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes
- Understanding of federal travel regulations including Fly America Act and Open Skies Agreement
- Ability to evaluate travel costs and recommend options in line with corporate policy
- Strong computer skills with ability to navigate multiple applications and monitors efficiently
- Demonstrated skill in learning technology and multitasking
- Excellent customer service capabilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Good listening skills to assess traveler needs accurately
- Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy
- High self-motivation and ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and accept feedback
- Professional and positive demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work remotely and meet home-office requirements
- Ability to work extended periods at a computer workstation
- Capability to successfully complete new hire and department-specific training
- Commitment to confidentiality of company and client information
- Flexible to work schedule between Monday-Friday 7 a.m.-7 p.m. CT, including potential overtime and weekends
- Successful completion of credit, criminal, and employment reference background checks
Job Duties
- Answer calls and emails promptly from clients who are requesting new travel arrangements or changes to existing itineraries
- Utilize Sabre to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay
- Check queues daily to ensure accuracy and that all issued tickets are complete
- Maintain service non-stop programs such as preferred vendors, Waiver/Favors, RezCritiques, and Vacation Referrals
- Provide travel expertise to clients
- Send quotes for international travel and review restrictions or non-refundable conditions
- Meet KPIs including productivity, transactions, attendance, and adherence to schedule
- Communicate with airlines on flight changes, seating, and upgrades while updating clients
- Follow ADTRAV policies, procedures, and approved workflows to service travelers
- Provide excellent customer service and solve traveler issues with empathy
- Collaborate effectively with other agents and employees to resolve problems and gather information
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance industry knowledge and skills
- Represent ADTRAV by upholding company values and maintaining professional relationships
- Adhere strictly to company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
