Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in corporate domestic and international travel booking
  • Experience with VIP clients and high level customer service
  • Proficiency with Sabre GDS
  • Knowledge of federal travel regulations
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday 7am-7pm CT with occasional overtime
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to sit for extended periods during work
  • Successful completion of training programs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience booking corporate domestic and international travel with complex international travel a plus
  • Experience working with VIP clients providing high-touch, white glove service
  • Prior experience with visa and passport processing preferred
  • Proficiency with GDS systems, Sabre required, Amadeus a plus
  • Knowledge of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes
  • Understanding of federal travel regulations, Fly America Act, and Open Skies Agreement
  • Ability to weigh cost benefits and recommend travel options within corporate policy
  • Strong computer and typing skills with ability to navigate multiple programs
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and use technology efficiently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities

Job Duties

  • Answer calls and emails promptly from clients requesting new travel arrangements or changes to existing itineraries
  • Utilize Sabre to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay
  • Check queues daily to ensure accuracy and complete issued tickets
  • Maintain service non-stop programs such as preferred vendors, Waiver/Favors, RezCritiques, and Vacation Referrals
  • Provide travel expertise to clients
  • Send quotes for international travel and understand fare rules, restrictions, open skies, and FAA regulations
  • Meet KPIs including productivity and transaction metrics
  • Communicate with airlines on flight changes, seating, and upgrades and update clients
  • Follow ADTRAV policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Provide excellent customer service with empathy, identifying and addressing traveler issues
  • Collaborate effectively with other agents and employees
  • Continuously build industry knowledge and skills through training
  • Represent ADTRAV by embracing company values and maintaining relationships with employees, partners, vendors, and clients
  • Adhere to company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
