- minimum of 1 year of bartending experience
- ability to stand for long periods
- excellent interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality by supporting and promoting the company values
- perform duties according to company standards, policies, and procedures
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- read, understand, and follow standardized recipes
- maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies
- take and deliver guest orders including food when required
- handle cash and credit card transactions following proper cash handling procedures
- assist in monitoring inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- prepare garnishes, mixes, and ingredients for daily bar operations
- collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards
