Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum two years of experience in guest services
- must have worked directly with guests
- previous experience in a casino or hospitality environment highly preferred
- ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- must be able to provide a genuine and sincere service experience
- demonstrated ability exercising utmost discretion with confidential information

Job Duties
- Provide highest VIP services standards to our guests in high limit gaming areas
- manage VIP arrivals and communicate to designated personnel for escort and delivery of amenities
- offer welcome amenities
- initiate and respond to in-person and phone contact with guests to ensure all reservations for hotels, special events and entertainment are executed efficiently
- assist guests with booking changes and inquiries regarding reservations
- communicate effectively to guests in a high call volume setting
- suggest promotions and special event participation pertaining to guests' offers
- ensure guest information is updated and accurate at all times
- verify addresses, phone numbers, email, guest profiles and preferences
- review daily arrival report to identify special requests
- record and report all ticket requests at sponsorship venues and distribute tickets accordingly
- coordinate travel for guests to off-site events and activities
- liaise with Player Development, Guest Services, Food and Beverage, and Public Safety to ensure prompt service
- safeguard the confidential nature of guest, department, and company data
- adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by the casino and Tribal Gaming regulations to minimize risk
- maintain impeccable gaming and non-gaming areas with great attention to detail
- perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department
