Job Qualifications
- experience in hospitality or food and beverage service preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- knowledge of luxury service standards
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- willingness to undergo training and background checks
Job Duties
- maintain excellent knowledge of all Hard Rock dining venue menus including In Room Dining, Council Oak, Kuro, The Bol and Hard Rock Café
- setup In Room Dining orders and deliver to the butler pantry
- retrieve food and beverage items from all food outlets in the hotel
- setup and deliver arrival amenities to the butler pantry
- prepare suites for arrival ensuring lights, television, temperature and music are appropriately set
- deliver and setup amenities in suites with detail-oriented and appealing presentation
- retrieve turn down amenities to the butler pantry
- purchase specialty items for guests with Casino Host approval
- replenish all glassware, dishes, flatware and beverages in room upon checkout
- maintain a clean and organized butler pantry compliant with local fire and health regulations
- restock the butler pantry with beverages, condiments, dishes and napkins
- fold napkins per butler standards
- wash, polish and organize china, flatware and glassware
- attend training classes as requested by management
- perform all other related and compatible duties assigned
