Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum five years of experience in customer experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume entertainment environment
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel for meetings, trade shows, and conferences
- May be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license at the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum five years of experience in customer experience
- Experience in upscale hospitality within high-volume settings
- Working knowledge of high-end entertainment operations
- Skilled in diplomacy, multitasking, verbal and organizational skills
- Ability to manage potentially volatile situations with tact and professionalism
- Experience catering to high-end VIP clients preferred
Job Duties
- Serve as a liaison to VIP guests and tribal members by flawlessly executing all requests during events
- Ensure VIP areas are set up with anticipated amenities upon guests’ arrival
- Arrange personnel for escorting VIP guests
- Execute VIP guest requests in a professional and efficient manner
- Organize and prioritize service sequences
- Collaborate interdepartmentally to meet all requirements timely and efficiently
- Manage VIP arrivals and coordinate with Theater Operations and Food and Beverage teams
- Provide assistance to other positions as needed
- Perform other duties to support efficient department operations
