Job Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. resident
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in upscale nightclubs
  • Experience in high-volume nightclub environments
  • Ability to stand or walk for a minimum of eight-hour shifts
  • Ability to twist, tow, reach, bend, climb and carry objects as necessary
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments with exposure to smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and varying weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience as a VIP Manager or Door Manager in upscale and high-volume nightclubs
  • Additional experience in upscale restaurants, bars, hotels or events
  • Proven success in generating revenue via table and private room sales
  • Strong communication skills in English, preferably with working knowledge of Spanish
  • Experience supporting marketing channels
  • Leadership and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties

  • Manage VIP guest services and table sales
  • Generate revenue from private room sales
  • Select guests at the door
  • Coordinate and support marketing efforts including public relations, social media, and event promotions
  • Direct reception and security teams
  • Resolve conflicts effectively
  • Utilize technology platforms for operations
