Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Minimum two years of experience in hotel operations preferably front office with supervisory experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in different group settings
  • Comfortable interacting with senior management
  • Ability to write clear and effective documents
  • Ability to analyze complex documents including financial and legal reports
  • Capable of handling inquiries from guests, team members, regulatory agencies, or business community
  • Ability to define problems and collect relevant data
  • Must qualify for required licenses and permits
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Able to regularly lift or move up to 30 pounds unassisted

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience in hotel operations preferably front office with supervisory experience
  • Strong communication skills in one-on-one, small and large group settings
  • Ability to interact effectively with C-level, VP, and senior management
  • Proficient in writing letters, memos, presentation decks, and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Skilled at reading and interpreting complex documents including financial reports and legal agreements
  • Capable of responding to inquiries from various stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills to define problems and draw valid conclusions
  • Previous leadership experience in Hotel Operations or related fields preferred
  • Minimum three years in Hotel Operations with at least two years in a leadership role preferred

Job Duties

  • Work closely with Director of Hotel Operations to ensure VIP operations run smoothly
  • Supervise VIP team members including VIP Supervisors and VIP Agents
  • Resolve guest challenges while maintaining poise and professionalism
  • Foster positive morale and exceed guest service expectations
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to enhance guest and team member experiences
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for VIP operations
  • Coordinate room inventory management with relevant teams to maximize revenue
  • Provide leadership through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Assist with management of VIP budgets ensuring resource efficiency
  • Monitor and report on VIP performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with VIP and organizational policies and procedures
