Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of prior relevant guest service experience preferred
- 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Front Desk Clerk or Concierge preferred
- valid Food Handlers and Alcohol Awareness card required to start

Job Duties
- Deliver seamless VIP check-in/out experiences with professionalism and efficiency
- anticipate and fulfill guest needs, ensuring special requests and amenities are handled flawlessly
- resolve guest bills with casino hosts for any additional food, beverages or show tickets
- accurately process payments, post charges/credits, and maintain cash handling standards
- open and close the VIP Lounge daily, managing reports, room assignments, amenities, and key delivery
- serve as a knowledgeable resource for guest inquiries and reservations
