Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • prior experience in VIP services, front desk, or concierge preferred
  • leadership experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience
  • prior relevant experience in areas such as VIP Services, Front Desk, and/or Concierge is preferred
  • leadership experience is preferred
  • flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • high school diploma or GED
  • must be 21 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Assume full responsibility for the department in the absence of director or department head
  • respond to guest service interactions in a professional and timely manner, achieving positive resolutions
  • promote and develop team-oriented philosophy stressing the importance for providing unparalleled commitment to excellence in service
  • oversee quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s diversity commitment
  • ensure department standards for correct charging, postings, collecting payments, handling cash and credit transactions, and balancing of all cash and cash equivalent transactions
  • supervise VIP Representatives work performance and apply progressive discipline when appropriate
