Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Arkansas Gaming License
- Customer service and basic math skills required
- Minimum of 1 to 3 months of related experience preferred
- Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and MICROS system preferred
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required

Job Duties
- Staff and maintain VIP lounge and VIP check-in and update and enter member information into the database
- Provide information, cards, promotional items, and other rewards to program members
- Book hotel and restaurant reservations for guests upon request and RSVP VIP guests to various on and off-property events
- Make comping decisions based on the guest's card level and level of play, and plan for casino comps and issuance of necessary paperwork
- Assist in the development and process of high-end player events
