Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an Arkansas Gaming License
  • Customer service and basic math skills required
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 months of related experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and MICROS system preferred
  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required

Job Duties

  • Staff and maintain VIP lounge and VIP check-in and update and enter member information into the database
  • Provide information, cards, promotional items, and other rewards to program members
  • Book hotel and restaurant reservations for guests upon request and RSVP VIP guests to various on and off-property events
  • Make comping decisions based on the guest's card level and level of play, and plan for casino comps and issuance of necessary paperwork
  • Assist in the development and process of high-end player events
