Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in high-end VIP and premium sales operations or VIP nightclub operations and high-end guest relations
- Proven experience in selling to high-end VIP clients
- Strong diplomacy skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to diffuse volatile situations tactfully
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends
- Capability to work all VIP host positions within the Echo Lounge and Music Hall
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move items up to 25 lbs using proper techniques
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of high-end VIP and premium sales operations and/or VIP nightclub operations and high-end guest relations
- Experience in selling to high-end, VIP clients
- Skill in diplomacy, handling multiple tasks, verbal skills, organizational skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact and diplomacy
- Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings and some weekends
- Ability to work all VIP host positions within the Echo Lounge and Music Hall
Job Duties
- Sell VIP upgrades, priority entry and various premium upgrade products and experiences to general admission concert patrons on nights of shows
- Handle the sale from pitch, payment processing to experience fulfillment
- Check in, escort and assist VIP clientele throughout their venue visit ensuring all clients have a VIP experience
- Anticipate VIP client needs to ensure guest satisfaction
- Give proper recognition to Echo VIP clients, Foundation Room members and Live Nation executives and instill appreciation for their patronage
- Build strong relationships with returning Echo VIP clientele and premium sales clients attending Echo shows on a regular basis
- Coordinate operations on night of shows with VIP lead and operations manager
- Execute nightly VIP setup including check in, VIP seating areas, VIP table top personalization and VIP area signage as needed, along with tear down duties for some events
- Maintain articulate vocabulary with the ability to adapt and socialize with current audience
- Maintain exemplary and professional grooming standards
- Occasionally work special events scheduled throughout the venue
