Job Requirements

  • A minimum education level of high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of related work experience
  • Possession of safe food/beverage certification prior to employment or ability to obtain certification upon hire
  • Strong interpersonal and organization skills
  • Must be proactive in providing exceptional customer service
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and interact with multiple departments with tact and professionalism
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Job Duties

  • Maintain clean and sanitized workstation while following health and safety regulations
  • Restock work and dining areas by taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, tables or over the counter
  • Engage with and greet all tour staff personnel in a friendly and inviting manner
  • Inform them about special items and answer any questions
  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea
  • Stock food and beverages
  • Other duties as assigned
