Job Requirements
- A minimum education level of high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of related work experience
- Possession of safe food/beverage certification prior to employment or ability to obtain certification upon hire
- Strong interpersonal and organization skills
- Must be proactive in providing exceptional customer service
- Must be able to work in a team environment and interact with multiple departments with tact and professionalism
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Job Duties
- Maintain clean and sanitized workstation while following health and safety regulations
- Restock work and dining areas by taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, tables or over the counter
- Engage with and greet all tour staff personnel in a friendly and inviting manner
- Inform them about special items and answer any questions
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea
- Stock food and beverages
- Other duties as assigned
