Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of related work experience
- Possession of safe food/beverage certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Strong interpersonal and organization skills
- Proactive customer service approach
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in a team environment with professionalism and tact

Job Duties
- Maintain clean and sanitized workstation following health and safety regulations
- Restock work and dining areas by inventory and replenishing items in display cases, tables or over the counter
- Engage with and greet all tour staff personnel in a friendly and inviting manner
- Inform tour staff about special items and answer questions
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea
- Stock food and beverages
- Perform other duties as assigned
