Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate required
- Bachelor degree or hotel management degree preferred
- Minimum of two years’ luxury travel or hotel sales management experience required
- Ability to utilize computer software and hardware
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be customer-service oriented with excellent hospitality skills
- Ability to stand, move, and perform sedentary work for extended periods
- Must adhere to hotel safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment appropriately

Job Duties
- Manage all direct inquiries and reservations from start through completion
- Build and maintain relationships with guests and third-party representatives
- Capture guest preferences and communicate to operational teams in advance
- Offer upsells on higher-level rooms and ancillary services to drive revenue
- Prospect past guests for future stays to maintain base business
- Action arrivals report and ensure communication of special requests to operational team
- Prepare regular reports including lost business and turn-down reports
- Organize and participate in site visits and familiarizations
- Utilize software to track, solicit, book, and follow up on accounts
- Implement directives from the General Manager
- Uphold the highest standard of customer service at all times
- Perform any additional assigned tasks
