Job Duties
- Prepare arrival briefing sheet including outbound connection list
- Print out baggage tag list for arrival agent
- Prepare name signs for passengers needing assistance
- Escort VIPs, MAAS, UMNR, and other important passengers or passengers with special needs when assigned
- Assist and translate for passengers at immigration and customs when needed
- Assist tight connecting passengers when assigned
- Guide and assist passengers through immigration area, baggage claim, customs and to the arrival hall
- Create departure briefing sheet and name signs for passengers needing assistance
- Guide passengers to check-in counter, TSA, gate, and applicable lounge as needed
- Translate at check-in as needed
- Assist passengers at the counter
- Assist and escort passengers with special needs including boarding as assigned
- Meet tight connection passengers as assigned
- Pick up departure baggage from ticketing counter after flight push back
- Prepare necessary flight files for arrival and departure records
- Print airport maps, baggage tag slips and other necessary items
- Assist passenger check-in and carry-on baggage while escorting or guiding
- Escort passengers to baggage claim, shuttle bus center, and handle hotel/meal vouchers during flight delays or cancellations
