Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
High school diploma, G.E.D or college degree preferred
Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board
Must have a valid Alcohol Awareness Card
Experience in a hotel/casino environment preferred
Experience with the AS/400 and CMS tracking system preferred
Knowledge of nearby destinations and directions to them

Job Duties

Build strong relationships and memorable experiences for guests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
Check-in and check-out VIP guests
Answer phones in a timely, courteous and professional matter
Assist all hotel guests by providing information, directions, tours, entertainment etc
Prepare and serve complimentary drinks for VIP guests
Reserve rooms for VIP guests and accommodate any special room requests
Input same day reservations for VIP guests, verifying marketing codes
Book restaurant reservations for all on property outlets and cabanas for guests
Assist in play evaluations for VIP guests
Arrange limousine transportation for guests
Provide support for special event functions
Promptly review and respond to all VIP Service email requests from guests or hosts
Maintain appearance and cleanliness of VIP Service and Concierge areas
