  • Basic math skills
  • Preferred 2+ years in hospitality
  • Knowledge in hospitality software such as Hosts, Opera, Infor, and/or other housekeeping tracking systems

Job Duties

  • Ensure services and amenities provided follow AAA Four Diamond standards
  • Handle phone inquiries, make reservations, handle room changes, review balances, collect payments, settle Guest accounts, and provide assistance and direction
  • Work with Hosts to block room assignments for players and ensure special accommodations for Guests are met
  • Take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls
  • Arrange events, excursions, transportation, etc., upon request from hotel Guests
  • Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and nearby venues to make suitable recommendations
  • Understand Guest needs and provide personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities
  • Assist with daily check-in and check-out processes
  • Support departments and management to deliver exceptional Guest experience and resolve Guest-related issues
  • Perform duties of Guest Service Agent as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned
