Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least six months customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work irregular hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing situations
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Have at least six months of customer service experience preferred
- Entertainment industry experience is a plus
- Ability to remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur
- Able to work irregular hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for hours at a time
- Comfortable working outdoors in both hot and cold weather
- Ability to deal tactfully in stressful situations and stay calm under pressure
- Demonstrate professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively in both forms
- Spanish speaking is a plus
Job Duties
- Assist in creating the VIP experience for clients with outstanding customer service in a high-pressure environment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving guest inquiries and concerns
- Ensure Box Suites, VIP Lounge and other VIP Areas are set up to standard, including cleanliness and presentation, according to plan provided by Senior Sales Manager
- Physically move chairs, tables, and other equipment in the Box Suites and other VIP Areas
- Assist ushers in guiding guests to their seats and providing necessary directions or information
- Occasionally take pictures of VIP guests in premium areas as requested by Senior Sales Manager
- Review and distribute tickets/credentials for guest lists
- Check for proper credentials for access to VIP Areas
- Answer general questions about the theatre and provide assistance when needed
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
