Job Requirements
- Must be 18 to apply
- received high school diploma or GED
- at least six months customer service experience preferred
- ability to work irregular hours including late nights, weekends and/or holidays as needed
- must be able to stand and/or walk for hours at a time
- must be comfortable working outdoors in both hot and cold weather
- ability to deal tactfully in stressful situations and stay calm under pressure
- ability to speak and understand English
- must be able to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment

- convey strong verbal and interpersonal skills
- follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form
- Spanish speaking is a plus
Job Duties
- Assist in creating the VIP experience for clients with outstanding customer service in a high-pressure environment
- provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving guest inquiries and concerns
- ensure box suites, VIP lounge and other VIP areas are set up to standard, including cleanliness and presentation, according to plan provided by Senior Sales Manager
- physically move chairs, tables, and other equipment in the box suites and other VIP areas
- assist ushers in guiding guests to their seats and providing necessary directions or information
- occasionally take pictures of VIP guests in premium areas as requested by Senior Sales Manager
- review and distribute tickets/credentials for guest lists
- check for proper credentials for access to VIP areas
- answer general questions about the theatre and provide assistance when needed
- all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
