Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- six months of previous food service experience preferred
- able to lift and carry trays of 15 pounds or more
- team player with a positive attitude
- availability and willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- full knowledge and understanding of departmental rules, policies and procedures
- problem solver that takes direction well
- courteous and respectful to customers and team members
- excellent guest service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Adhere to guest service requirements
- monitor alcohol consumption of guests
- open and close side work
- follow health code requirements
- interact professionally with guests and team members
- maintain uniform and appearance standards
- communicate with Casino Hosts and Player Development Manager regarding players
- complete work assignments and clean assigned areas
- greet guests with a smile and pleasant disposition
- be familiar with menu, food preparation, and drinks
- observe and anticipate guests’ needs
- keep tables cleared and refill beverages
- bus tables and reset in proper manner
- inspect cleanliness of silverware
- keep floor area of assigned station clean
- perform various other tasks as assigned
- work irregular hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
