- Previous bartending or beverage service experience
- Ability to memorize and prepare various drink recipes
- Knowledge of alcohol brands and classifications
- Capability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Strong customer service skills

- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks
- Ability to operate bar equipment and POS systems

Job Duties
- Practice and promote Graton Resort & Casino's culture and service standards
- Know and understand beverage classifications and brand names
- Prepare and pour drinks in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar and lounge area
- Verify product and equipment par levels and report shortages
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver food and beverage items promptly
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
