Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management in both written and verbal form
  • must manage time effectively with minimal supervision
  • ability to demonstrate sound judgment and mature decision making
  • must be able to handle a flexible schedule
  • must have the ability to obtain a gaming license, alcohol awareness card and health card
  • ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining safety, health and service standards
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
  • requires manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
  • ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for duration of shift

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Serve drinks and food to VIP guests in compliance with company and health standards
  • process transactions accurately using the point of sale system
  • perform side work including retrieving and washing glassware
  • maintain VIP Lounge and Bar cleanliness and stock
  • serve table games area within the VIP section
  • inventory bar supplies and manage liquor requisitions
  • present, cut, and light cigars
  • demonstrate knowledge of wine list items and service
  • communicate effectively with team members and management
  • adhere to safety and emergency procedures
  • assist in addressing guest needs and opportunities
  • maintain personal grooming and uniform standards
  • use cleaning supplies properly
