Job Requirements

- Prior experience in a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Commitment to upholding brand standards

- Familiarity with high-end food and beverage operations preferred

- Ability to mentor and train junior staff
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in hospitality
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to VIP guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are anticipated and met with discretion
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality consistent with Delano brand standards
- Assist with welcoming VIP guests, escorting them, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience throughout their visit
- Coordinate closely with Food and Beverage and other departments to deliver timely and efficient VIP services
- Manage VIP guest requests promptly and professionally, resolving any issues or concerns effectively
- Support the Bellini Bar Manager by helping oversee VIP areas and ensuring service standards are upheld
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with VIP guests
- Assist with training and mentoring new VIP attendants to uphold service excellence
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel policies and procedures at all times
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve VIP guest experience
- Complete all required reports and documentation accurately and on time
- Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor or manager to support VIP guest satisfaction
- Provide lateral service as needed to ensure exceptional guest service
