Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • bartending or related hospitality experience preferred
  • knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage service
  • ability to handle cash transactions and operate a POS system
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and safety in accordance with health and safety standards
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in bartending or VIP hospitality services preferred
  • knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and wine service
  • familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Serve drinks and food to VIP guests in compliance with company and health department standards
  • process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
  • maintain the cleanliness and organization of the VIP lounge and bar
  • manage inventory and restock all bar items including liquor, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, paper supplies, and glassware
  • assist with side work such as retrieving and washing glassware
  • present, cut, and properly light cigars
  • skillfully present, open, and pour core wine list items
  • monitor product shortages and equipment needs and inform supervisors
  • comply with safety, health regulations, and maintain personal grooming and uniform standards
