Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- bartending or related hospitality experience preferred
- knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage service
- ability to handle cash transactions and operate a POS system
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety in accordance with health and safety standards
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in bartending or VIP hospitality services preferred
- knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and wine service
- familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Serve drinks and food to VIP guests in compliance with company and health department standards
- process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the VIP lounge and bar
- manage inventory and restock all bar items including liquor, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, paper supplies, and glassware
- assist with side work such as retrieving and washing glassware
- present, cut, and properly light cigars
- skillfully present, open, and pour core wine list items
- monitor product shortages and equipment needs and inform supervisors
- comply with safety, health regulations, and maintain personal grooming and uniform standards
