Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Preferred associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- Preferred master’s degree or specialized certifications such as CHA or CMP
- Minimum 1-3 years progressive experience in luxury hotel or resort
- Ability to lift 50 lbs maximum and frequently lift up to 25 lbs
- Able to walk and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Flexibility to handle emergencies and special requests
- Proficiency in hotel systems and software

Job Duties
- Ensure accurate collection and maintenance of guest preferences and special requests
- Contact VIP guests prior to their arrival to confirm details including room preferences and transportation
- Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams to prepare for VIP arrivals
- Oversee the guest's arrival experience including airport transfers and room upgrades
- Provide concierge support and personalized services to VIP guests
- Manage special requests and bespoke services
- Build and maintain relationships with repeat VIP guests
- Handle crises or emergencies involving VIP guests promptly and professionally
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with high-profile guests
- Keep detailed records of guest preferences and feedback
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on VIP guest satisfaction and operational concerns
- Perform other duties as required by management
