Job Requirements
- Associate degree required
- Five years restaurant management experience required
- Ability to pass FBI fingerprint background check
- Must have airport clearance
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-driven and team-oriented
- Available to work 10 hour shifts
- Commitment to upholding company policies and safety regulations
- Ability to work in person at the airport location
Job Qualifications
- Five or more years managing or supervising in a full-service restaurant or equivalent hospitality role
- Strong foundation in wine fundamentals
- Two or more years experience in the wine industry preferred
- Four-year college degree preferred, two years of college education required
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to mentor and develop associates
Job Duties
- Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members

- Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences with wine and food pairings
- Mentor and develop team members ensuring career development and upward mobility
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and laws
- Manage financial performance including sales, payroll, food and beverage costs
- Recruit, screen, and train new staff following company procedures
- Maintain accurate completion of closing procedures and daily operational tasks
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure visibility among staff and guests
- Adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Communicate effectively with team members, airport partners, and management
