Job Requirements
- Valid TN driver’s license for eligibility of additional pay and sign-on bonus
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one or small group situations
- Ability to add subtract two digit numbers and multiply divide with tens and hundreds
- Ability to perform these operations using US money weight volume and distance
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized problems involving a few variables
- Physical ability to stand walk use hands reach climb balance stoop kneel crouch talk and hear
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds with assistance occasionally lift 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to safely handle toxic or caustic chemicals
- Ability to maintain close vision
- Regular and predictable attendance

Job Duties
- Cleans guest rooms and guest areas including making beds dusting vacuuming cleaning bathrooms replenishing supplies cleaning windows mirrors and patios
- Cleans guest rooms in allotted time period using proper procedures and chemicals
- Empties wastebaskets and cleans ashtrays as needed
- Uses cleaning chemicals according to directions and safety procedures including PPE
- Follows procedures for protection against blood borne pathogens
- Ensures rooms are completed and signed off in appropriate time frame
- Maintains stocked organized and clean cart with sufficient supplies
- Documents and secures lost and found items turning them into Lost and Found per policy
- Practices safety procedures including bending lifting and safe equipment use
- Communicates professionally and friendly with guests
- Keeps supplies ready by restocking housekeeping cart at end of shift
- Completes required forms upon discovering damage or missing items and submits to Manager
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
