Job Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays required
- 2+ years of relevant experience in villa services within a hotel or resort environment preferred
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning duties
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Capability to handle guest requests with professionalism and efficiency
Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness of all residential areas including but not limited to Mansion villas and corridors
- Make beds neatly with fresh sheets and pillow cases
- Pick up pins and trash from floors before vacuuming, remove and empties trash in waste baskets
- Clean mirrors and shelves, and arrange furniture in guest rooms properly
- Clean bathrooms by scrubbing basins, bathtubs, shower walls, shower doors, toilets and tile floors with damp rags and proper chemical usage
- Replenish amenities, such as trays, soaps and tissues
- Assist Mansion guests with lounge chairs and towels
- Fulfill any and all request of Mansion guests through involvement of other Mansion staff, including the Director of Villa Services Managers, Concierge and Butlers
- Report any unusual conditions of furniture, fixtures of equipment in rooms that need repair
- Keep pool deck area clean at all times
- Deliver requested items such as pillows, towels, cribs, etc. to Mansion villas
