Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • some college preferred
  • Serv-Safe certification
  • RAMP certification
  • thorough knowledge of restaurant/bar practices and procedures
  • ability to work in smoke-filled environments
  • full working knowledge of POS systems
  • ability to obtain and maintain required licensure
  • knowledge of Responsible Gaming Program
  • availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • thorough knowledge of restaurant and bar practices
  • ability to work in smoke-filled environments
  • full working knowledge of POS systems
  • ability to obtain and maintain licensure by State Gaming Control Agency
  • knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program
  • availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Implement and follow all department and company policies
  • supervise and assist in daily training of managers and hourly employees
  • maintain open communication across all department personnel
  • maintain beverage and food inventories and quality control with alcohol service
  • ensure timely and quality food and beverage service
  • assist in controlling labor, beverage, and food costs
  • ensure employee and guest safety by adhering to safety procedures
  • ensure compliance with PLCB regulations and applicable liquor laws
  • comply with federal and state gaming regulations
  • achieve budgeted revenues and maximize profitability within beverage outlets
  • maintain company operating standards
  • demonstrate professionalism reflecting brand and company values
  • respond to guest trends, needs, and concerns to enhance future sales
  • extend complimentaries according to property comp matrix
  • perform other duties as assigned
