Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of video switching experience
  • At least three years of live event and production experience
  • High school diploma or GED minimum, some college preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance according to company policy
  • Clean driving record
  • Availability to work flexible, short-notice schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred
  • Minimum one year video switching experience
  • At least three years live event and production experience
  • Proficient with Keynote, PowerPoint, Playback Pro, and similar presentation software
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional image in compliance with company dress code
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated interest in live event technology and production

Job Duties

  • Operate video switching equipment such as Datavideo, FOR.A, Panasonic, Barco, and Analog Way
  • Manage graphics operation including GFX operation
  • Perform recording and playback operations
  • Operate cameras and support live streaming activities
  • Handle projection systems, monitors, consumer displays, and LED video walls
  • Assist with equipment loading, setup, operation, takedown, and load out
  • Maintain warehouse and equipment responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
