Job Requirements
- Full-time availability with regular onsite presence 5 days per week in Newport Beach, CA
- Ability to relocate if not currently local
- Proven track record of creating ads that scaled profitably
- Experience running and growing YouTube, TikTok, or similar channels
- Skilled in producing both short-form and long-form content
- Capacity to deliver fast-paced creative iterations with speed and quality
- Familiarity with all stages of video production from concept to publishing
- Comfortable using AI-enhanced creative workflows
- Must submit a portfolio of proof including ads, channels, long-form content, and creative iterations within 72 hours
- Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, data-driven environment
- Willingness to embrace rapid feedback loops and iterative development

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in film, marketing, communications, or related field preferred
- Proven experience producing scalable video content that drives revenue
- Strong proficiency with AI tools such as Runway, Pika, Midjourney, ChatGPT, and Sora
- Deep understanding of direct-response psychology applied to video
- Demonstrated success growing YouTube or TikTok channels
- Ability to craft narrative story arcs that maintain viewer retention
- Expertise in video production including shooting, lighting, sound, editing, color grading, and pacing
- Experience managing creative projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills for performance data interpretation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with leadership and creators
Job Duties
- Own Kajabi's video engine end-to-end from raw idea to measurable impact
- Develop high-performance hooks that drive the first 3 seconds of engagement
- Produce world-class paid ads, YouTube videos, short-form content, podcast clips and episodes, long-form storytelling, and motion for landing pages
- Direct talent including founders, creators, and customers with clarity and confidence
- Run rapid creative sprints by shipping multiple concepts daily
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate ideation, generate creative variations, expand directions, and reduce production bottlenecks
- Analyze video performance across platforms like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok and evolve creative based on data
- Build creative loops with pod leads following hook, script, shoot, edit, test, iterate, and scale
- Engineer scalable content systems and formats that compound over time
- Own outcomes including trials, watch time, ad performance, and brand reach
