Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
excellent communication skills
attention to detail
ability to work effectively in a team environment
flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of electrical equipment usage
working knowledge of acceptable standards of sanitation and proper chemical usage
ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and guests
relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred

Job Duties

Serve general items such as soups, salads, and beverages to guests as necessary
set tables with silverware and glassware, restocks server stations
clean tabletops and chairs
make coffee and keep a fresh supply of coffee and water available
supply service bar with food such as soups, salads, and desserts
perform other related duties as assigned
