Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate various machines, tools, and equipment
- Visual acuity for safety and accuracy
- Ability to remain stationary for at least 3 hours
- Capability to stand, walk, stoop, and kneel
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently and lift 3 pounds repetitively to shoulder height
- Manual dexterity to grasp, finger, and reach
- Effective verbal communication skills

- Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise daily shift activities and support the team
- Motivate and inspire team members with a focus on superior customer service and drink quality
- Play to team members' strengths by assigning appropriate roles
- Handcraft coffee drinks alongside baristas as a role model
- Develop strong relationships with customers and the local community
- Assess team members' performance including service and drink quality
- Manage shift schedules, break times, and coverage for absences
- Communicate team performance to Store Leaders and other Shift Supervisors
- Support new hires and promotions through training
- Assist Store Leader with operations and administrative duties
- Implement and maintain Philz safety programs
