Job Requirements
- Equivalent combination of four years of education and experience after high school
- Education and experience in social services, business, or legal field
- Valid driver’s license and/or access to transportation for statewide travel
- No additional requirements or certifications specified

Job Duties
- Execute state procurement efforts for the OVWA including issuing RFBs/RFPs
- Prepare state contracts and draft Governor and Council requested actions
- Order supplies and printed materials for training and outreach
- Collaborate with Program Administrator in planning conferences and training programs
- Coordinate conference logistics including registration processes and travel arrangements
- Provide onsite support at training events as requested
- Manage and maintain OVWA website content
- Assist with logistics of the statewide VINE program
- Provide HIV and hospital notifications as required by state law
- Disseminate sexual assault evidence kits to hospitals and record distribution
- Monitor OVWA email inbox and phone line to respond to inquiries
- Assist with file management and database organization
- Support OVWA staff with office administrative functions
