Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- 8+ years of leadership experience
- 10+ years in SaaS business environment
- proven P&L accountability
- experience managing large teams
- expertise in hospitality industry
- strong knowledge of US labor and compliance regulations
- experience with SaaS implementation and customer success
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to work remotely within specified US locations
Job Qualifications
- 12+ years in professional services, implementation, customer success, or operations roles
- 8+ years in leadership
- 10+ years in SaaS business models
- proven track record building/scaling services organizations during rapid growth
- P&L accountability for $10MM+ services revenue
- experience leading teams of 30–100+ in complex environments
- success managing complex customer implementations and driving adoption
- deep understanding of US hospitality industry including restaurants, hotels, multi-site operations
- strong knowledge of labor management including scheduling and compliance and food cost management including inventory, purchasing, waste reduction
- familiarity with US labor regulations such as FLSA, Fair Workweek, tip rules, wage garnishment
- experience implementing software for US hospitality operators including POS integrations, payroll, inventory
- familiarity with POS systems such as Oracle Micros, Toast, Epos Now, accounting platforms, supplier systems
- understanding of SaaS delivery models and implementation methodologies
- experience with data migration, integrations, and process change
- ability to build and retain high-performing teams
- strong financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization
- data-driven decision-making and KPI management
- executive presence and client relationship management
Job Duties
- Define vision for implementation, managed services, and advisory
- build scalable delivery models
- own revenue, margin, and profitability
- oversee end-to-end onboarding including labor rules, POS/payroll integration, inventory setup
- develop US-specific playbooks
- track KPIs such as time-to-revenue, adoption, CSAT, and compliance
- launch managed services and advisory offerings including QBRs on labor and food economics, compliance monitoring, analytics advisory, production planning workshops
- build and scale a world-class services organization including consultants, architects, trainers
- create career paths for hospitality domain experts
- optimize resource allocation
- drive services revenue via delivery efficiency and higher-margin offerings
- partner with sales on go-to-market strategy
- forecast bookings, revenue, and margins
- serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and build C-suite relationships
- represent Fourth at industry events
- collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer journey and influence product roadmap
