Job Requirements

  • five years experience as general manager or corporate hotel leader or equivalent hotel operations management
  • ten years experience in all phases of hotel management including daily management of human resources food and beverage budget management rooms housekeeping resort maintenance long-range planning and administration of services
  • willingness to embrace and extend the spirit of aloha in all interactions
  • ability to analyze financial data and implement process improvements
  • excellent leadership and team management skills
  • strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities

Job Qualifications
