Job Requirements
- five years experience as general manager or corporate hotel leader or equivalent hotel operations management
- ten years experience in all phases of hotel management including daily management of human resources food and beverage budget management rooms housekeeping resort maintenance long-range planning and administration of services
- willingness to embrace and extend the spirit of aloha in all interactions
- ability to analyze financial data and implement process improvements
- excellent leadership and team management skills
- strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities
Job Qualifications
