Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years management experience
  • Minimum 10 years multi-unit, support, or strategic leadership experience
  • Current leadership experience in premium food and beverage operations
  • Proven financial acumen with P&L management
  • Skilled in employee relations and customer service
  • Ability to lead change and adapt team culture
  • Strong strategic and operational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
  • Willingness to travel 50-70%
  • Residency near major East Coast or Central airport

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years of management experience

  • Proven track record as senior food and beverage operations leader in premium venues
  • Strong P&L background
  • Experience in employee relations and managing upscale consumer environments

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain strategic relationships with all client contacts within area of responsibility
  • Monitor Sodexo Live!'s performance and take appropriate action to meet client requirements through service visits and regular communication
  • Coordinate information from operations, sales, retention, and web of influence to monitor client organization for retention risks or growth opportunities and take appropriate action
  • Monitor and manage Sodexo Live!'s financial performance
  • Ensure local leadership provides necessary oversight and resources to all services
  • Use leadership and influence to retain and grow the client portfolio
  • Facilitate effective ongoing communication with Sodexo Live! team and provide direction and strategy for client communication
  • Work with local service leadership to achieve business growth and retention
  • Direct efforts of district managers focusing on growth and guest/client engagement
