Job Duties

  • Shape the future of thrift retail through strategic vision for multi-store operations, donation acquisition, and resale channels
  • Drive growth and profitability by overseeing fiscal performance, setting revenue goals, and identifying opportunities for new store openings and redesigns
  • Lead a high-performing team by mentoring senior leaders, fostering professional development, and building a culture of innovation and accountability
  • Champion mission integration to ensure thrift store purchases fund vital programs supporting veterans, seniors, and families in need
  • Advance operational excellence by ensuring compliance, safety, and consistency across all stores while implementing technology and process improvements
