Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Hotel Administration, or related field
- 6+ years of management experience in a gaming resort complex
- Proven leadership experience in directing and managing employees
- Experience in slot operations and gaming processes
- Experience in a high-volume casino resort environment
- Prior experience in senior table games management preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a unionized environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to corporate culture and employee development
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Hotel Administration, or related field
- Extensive management experience in a gaming resort complex
- 6+ years of prior relevant leadership experience directing and managing employees
- In-depth understanding of slot operations and processes
- Experience working in a high-volume, integrated casino resort environment
- Prior experience as a Vice President or Director of Table Games Operations strongly preferred
- Success managing within union environments
- Strong commitment to culture and developing others
- Proven track record of operational excellence and innovation
- Excellent relationship-building skills with customers, team members, and executives
Job Duties
- Drive high levels of employee engagement and guest service throughout the Table Games department
- Drive financial and operating results for Table Games Operations and make casino credit decisions on behalf of the property
- Collaborate with the business with the annual business plan and tactics for the Table Games Operations division that drives the Property’s overall Strategic Plan
- Collaborate with Gaming Center of Excellence for proposed improvements to floor layout, equipment or procedures based upon observations and documented facts and reports and ensure the moving of gaming equipment is in accordance with gaming board regulations
- Partner with Gaming Center of Excellence for the acquisition of all stock, supplies, materials, components, and gaming equipment
- Partner with Corporate Gaming Center of Excellence to review, approve or deny recommendations for changes to the Table Games Department technical and operational policies and procedures
- Oversee Table Games to include efficient staffing, team member development and training, performance management and policy enforcement
